Our raw cakes are completely dependable on what is fresh seasonally. Featured is the blueberry and macadamia cake and in summer months we often make a mango dragon fruit raw cake. A raw cake is a healthy companion to a light lunch, or something slightly sweet without the indulgence of the guilt!
