Scenic Rim Producers Dinner - Friday 21st June 2024

Join us for a unique culinary experience at our collaborative Producers Dinner, celebrating Scenic Rim's Eat Local Month with Ambassador Glen Barratt, Executive Chef at Wild Canary.

Former colleagues from Homage Hidden Vale Nick Lehmann, Sous Chef at Wild Canary, and Elliott Platz, Head Chef at Kooroomba Winery and Lavender Farm, are teaming up once more.

They'll create a five-course dinner featuring the region's freshest produce, coming directly from the farmers, artisans, and small-scale growers.

Conversations between the Chef’s and Producer’s will be sure to engage you as they share their knowledge and experience of the region's finest produce.

Amongst the featured producers will be Tommerup's Dairy Farm, who we consider an extended part of the Wild Canary family. We look forward to showcasing not only their amazing produce but to also hear their story as 6th generation farmers, celebrating 150 years of farming in 2024; it is truly inspiring.
